Freequency is *not* a medically approved device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including tinnitus.

2. No Medical Advice

The App is based on research and techniques similar to mirror therapy for phantom pain, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any questions regarding your health or medical condition.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- The App is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

- Freequency has not received any medical certifications or approvals from regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, CE, etc.).

- Any perceived improvements or benefits from using the App are personal and individual. Results may vary, and no guarantees of success or improvement are offered or implied.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The creators of Freequency (Hulan and its affiliates) do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or that it will meet your expectations. The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hulan and its affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Personal injury or harm resulting from the use of the App.

- Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought and even if Hulan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the App are the property of Hulan or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
